How I dealt with Nokia

Two weeks ago I became a happy owner of Nokia E61 smartphone. Gadget is pretty cool and, in my case, it replaced two others - straight mobile and my good old Palm, which I have been using since 2000. But some days after I felt lack of Russian language in my E61 and decided to install it. I'm not kind of mobile geek so I made some calls to Nokia call-center in Poland.

Results were poor. A lady with charming voice told me that I have to call technical support to get things managed and offered me their number. I dialled it immediately, but the voice of the guy at technical support wasn't charming so much. ''Pardon? You want to install Russian? It's not a repair, it's a change in your phone settings. Sorry, but we don't support things like this. Of course, we can do it, but we're pretty busy in January and it will take about two weeks'', he confessed.

My GSM operator also wasn't charming. ''We don't produce these phones. Call Nokia's service'', I was told.

Then I got back to a lady with charming voice at Nokia call-center. She was dazed and confused. ''Eeer, I can't help you by myself, sorry... It's really strange, I mean the way guys at technical support behave... Eeer, I can give you some more phone numbers to them, maybe you may try another one?'', she mumbled.

I will try tomorrow, but does it make sense? Is it anywhere like this?
